Mona loves yoga primarily for the inner calm that regular practice can help bring about. After beginning her practise several years ago, she quickly developed a passion. She was determined to share the benefits she was experiencing with others.
Mona’s aim is to help you feel the connection between mind and body – leaving class with a sense of peacefulness and strength with which to face all the challenges in our daily lives. Mona draws inspiration from literature, poetry and writings on human psychology, which play a role in guiding her classes. She believes that this can benefit her students by taking their practice off the mat and intentions into their daily lives.
